Like all good friendships, this one started inside a client’s business. Meags joined Jenni’s client team, and from that point on, all Jenni heard was how incredible Meags was — and vice versa.
Living in different provinces, they met the only way modern collaborators do: on Zoom. What started as a working relationship quickly became a genuine friendship and a powerful co-working partnership.
Coming from the same world of backend and support work (often solo), tucked away in home offices, we started asking a bigger question:
What if service providers didn’t have to work alone?
And what if collaboration could help us support our clients even better?
That question became a vision.

Meaghan Penney
Operating as Meaghan Penney & Co for the last 6 years. Meaghan “Meags” Penney has over a decade of experience working behind the scenes of businesses, helping founders bring order to the chaos that naturally comes with growth.
She’s worn a lot of hats over the years. Virtual assistant, podcast manager, social media manger, operations manager, systems builder, project wrangler, calm voice in the middle of a launch. What she’s always cared about most, though, is helping people build businesses that actually support their lives.

Jenni Joy-Morin
Operating as Jenni Joy Co. for over a decade, Jenni has been in the service-provider world long before “VA” became a buzzword. Her background spans admin, design, marketing strategy, systems, and backend operations, giving her a rare, big-picture understanding of how businesses actually run behind the scenes.
Over the years, countless service providers and entrepreneurs have asked to “pick her brain” or follow in her footsteps. Jenni’s passion has always been helping others find clarity, confidence, and structure in their work, without burning out or doing it alone.
Jenni sits at the center of the Collective as the strategic guide, mentor, and connector, ensuring every member feels supported, resourced, and empowered to build a business they love.

Systems + Automation Consultant
Stacey helps burned-out coaches, consultants, and creative entrepreneurs scale without sacrificing their health, freedom, or sanity.
With 20 years in business and deep expertise in operations, systems, automation, and AI, she helps clients redesign their businesses around leverage and lifestyle, not endless effort.
Her work focuses on simplifying what’s bloated, automating what shouldn’t require human energy, and building teams and systems that actually support growth.
Melisia Catling
Virtual Assistant & Operations Support
Melisia works with and supports founders, coaches, and creative business owners. She supports day-to-day operations, client communication, content organization, and backend systems that help businesses stay clear, organized, and functional as they grow.
She brings a calm, grounded presence, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep respect for her clients’ voice, values, and long-term vision.
Rebecca Brunke
Virtual Assistant & Bookkeeping Support
Rebecca helps untangle business chaos. She helps business owners understand the basics of bookkeeping, clean up their QuickBooks, and feel more confident about their numbers.
She also offers virtual assistant support — from admin and scheduling to newsletters, calendars, call monitoring, and light social media — basically the stuff that keeps a business running but doesn’t need to live in your head.
Her goal is to bring clarity, calm, and a little order to your business so you can focus on what matters most.
